i had an accident last aug.1/15 im inside the taxi and the driver hit a traffic lights that fell down coz he is driving fast,now im suffering for pain and i have a PTSD,at first the manitoba public insurance was helping me for my therapy,medicine etc. but then they stopped it for almost 3 months now,they want me to go to work but my doctor want me to get well,i got a severe ptsd,i cant afford to buy my prescription drugs or medicine coz i dont have money,i wanna be again like before,coz of the negligence of the taxi driver now im suffering for pain,when the accident happenned the taxi driver went outside then he even told me to go outside and walk instead of calling the ambulance 1st,i told him to call an ambulance and im not going outside to walk,when i told that to him then he phoned the ambulance who took me to the hospital. My concern is that i wanna get better thats why i go to my doctor,but i need to buy my medicine to help me,also i got no money to pay my bills,i dont know what to do,coz the MPI are not helping me anymore even i send them my doctors note stating that i have a severe PTSD and its really happening to me i shake a lot,i got this pain in my head,neck,back,and some more parts of my body,and most of all i got this occuring nightmares that i dont sleep sometimes 2-3 days,even my family are noticing this to me,i tried so hard to help myself back to what i am before,even its so hard day by day,but how can i do it my self if i dont even have money to buy my medicine that i need to borrow to some of my relatives,i dont wanna sue before the taxi driver coz im thinking that he might have a children or family to support that i dont want him to end up not to have anymore job or to be fire out fr. work,but a lot of people told me that i have to do it as it was his fault,i really dont know what to do,i am not working coz of my sickness PTSD and pain to some parts of my body especially head,back of my neck,back,shoulder etc.I even forget things sometimes coz the MPI  sent a letter to me before stating that i got a mild amnesia but i think its not just mild only,I need help,I dont know what to do if this is right or wrong to sue the taxi driver or company?Please kindly help me?
