Hello, I sold my car to a dealership in Kelowna, BC, and I have the bill of sale contract they signed and everything, but they are now (4 days after signing) refusing to pay me out. The car had a lien, so I was expecting the lien to be paid out as per the contract, but they are now refusing. They physically have the car and have had it for the last 4 days. What kind of lawyer do I need, and are there any in Kelowna that offer help financially (like don't pay until you win) or something, as I sold my car because I couldn't afford it and now I'm making payments to a bank for something I don't own or have because they are illegally backing out of their contract.
