My grandfather left a will for his house. It states that the house and dwelling grounds be left to his wife until her death or re-marriage and then on to his grandchildren as tennants in common.
My grandfather's wife is still alive and no longer dwelling in the house and wants to transfer the house out of her name.
We have been told to find a lawywer in Jamaica to correspond with hers and pay for the costs invloved in this transfer.
