7 Months ago I moved to Germany. I went to Vodafone and wanted a contract for Internet. I didn't speak german so we spoke in english. The guy explained me everything and walked me through every detail from the contract that I had to sign. The contract was for 2 years of Internet and I signed it. After succesfull usage of Internet before 2 weeks I recieved a letter that 30 euros are going to be charged from my bank account for my Business M SIM card ( which i don't have, i haven't signed a contract for it ). I was surprised. I went to Vodafone and they said that the manager should be in the office, so I had to go 3 more times until i could speak with him. I asked him why am I being charged for a contract that I didn't sign. He looked in the contracts and admitted that he has made a mistake and he accidently clicked on a "Special Offer" that is Internet + Business M SIM card( with 6 months free bonus for the SIM, I pay only the Internet, thats why i understand 6 months later). He apologized and said that he will send a Stornierung letter to Vodafone and in 3 days it will be over. Today I recieved a letter that I have SIGNED this Business M sim card and i have to pay it for 2 years. I looked over my documents and I found the Vodafone documents from back then. I have really signed it! Even though he walked me through every document in english, he didn't explain correctly, or he missed it. And I have signed it. Even though i have signed it, he didn't give me this Business M SIMCARD, I dont have it, I havent used it this 6 months. I really dont want to pay 720 euro through the years, because the Sales Person lied to me to sign for a contract that I didn't even recieve the services for.Should I contact a lawyer?
