I am currently disputing a retroactive child support claim of $12,000 for 1 dependent child. I was unaware of the 1 dependent child up until the year of 2010.
I believe I have been wronged as I would of agreed to pay child support throughout the child's life if I had been made aware of his existence as oppose to being court ordered with a lump sum of $12,000 retroactive payments.I also have two other dependent children in two other states with a combined retroactive payments of $70,000. One in the state of Indiana and another in the state of Chicago. The dependent child in the state of Indiana is a similar situation as above and the Chicago matter is one where the mother falsely claimed that I was not involved with her and the sons.I am currently undergoing financial hardship with the retroactive payments and supporting my current family and urgently need the payments reassessed.
